Dayton Delivery Driver
A growing floral business in the Centerville/Dayton area is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Drivers to assist with delivering beautiful floral arrangements to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Safely load and transport floral arrangements using proper handling techniques
● Inspect all orders for quality and accuracy prior to delivery
● Deliver arrangements to customers in a timely and professional manner
● Communicate any issues or concerns with the design team
● Coordinate with warehouse and retail staff to ensure efficient delivery schedules
● Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
● Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance
● Provide friendly and courteous customer service
Requirements:
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
● Ability to lift and carry 30 to 50 lbs
● Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
● Familiarity with the greater Dayton area preferred
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
●Excellent communication and customer service skills, patient, and team-oriented
Additional Details:
● Flexible scheduling required
● Delivery hours typically range from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
● Increased delivery volume during peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day

About the Role
As a Floral Design Coach, you’ll play an important role in guiding and supporting our bridal teams during our fun and interactive DIY floral design parties. You’ll combine customer service, creativity, and instruction to help create memorable experiences for our clients. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, sharing knowledge, and being a welcoming, consistent presence within our bridal department.
What You’ll Do
● Lead and support engaging DIY floral classes on Thursdays and Fridays
● Demonstrate and encourage proper flower handling techniques
● Teach bridal parties the basics of floral design, care, and preservation
● Prepare flowers and design materials for events
● Help maintain an organized, inviting design space
● Coordinate with management and support bridal operations
● Assist with pick-ups, deliveries, and event set-ups
