Warehouse Team Member
At The Flowerman, we specialize in providing high-quality flowers to our customers through both wholesale and retail channels. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse team and help us deliver exceptional floral products to our clients and retail locations.
As a Warehouse Team Member, your key duties will include:
● Processing Flowers: Unpack, hydrate, and prepare fresh floral products upon arrival.
● Quality Control: Inspect flowers to ensure freshness, appearance, and quality standards are met.
● Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull orders for clients based on order sheets and packing instructions.
● Product Preparation: Prep floral items for sale for our retail location, including bunching, labeling, and packaging.
● Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including cold storage units.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily order and quality goals.
Requirements:
● Prior experience working with flowers or perishable goods is a plus, but not required
● Ability to work in a non temperature controlled environment for extended periods
● Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
● Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
● Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
