Your role in the company will be to assist various departments in a warehouse setting and to support the company vision.  You will perform functions relating to customer service, making floral arrangements, answering phone calls, accepting orders for arrangements and special order flowers, verifying floral deliveries, inventory checks, verifying product quality, stocking, and organizing.  You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members both on the phone and in person.

Duties:

● Support goals and visions of the Team and the Store and follow all company policies.

● Make floral arrangements of various sizes, price points and styles

● Excellent customer service for walk in customers and phone customers

● Run cash register, answer phone calls, cash handling

Requirements:

● Ability to clearly communicate with team members

● Available for semi flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the company 

● Multi-tasking for greater efficiency

● Capability to stand/walk a minimum of 8-10 hours at a time

● Sometimes required to work in the freezer/cooler at temperatures around 38 degrees.

● Available to work 2-3 Saturdays per month

Qualifications:

● Demonstrated knowledge of floral product and floral arranging

● Friendly disposition and strong commitment to customer service

● Able to work quickly and independently

● Comfortability speaking on the phone in a friendly and professional manner

● Excellent problem solving and organizing skills

● Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

Most work is performed under warehouse conditions in a slightly temperature controlled environment in the winter and open air environment in the summer.

A growing floral business in the Centerville/Dayton area is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Drivers to assist with delivering beautiful floral arrangements to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Safely load and transport floral arrangements using proper handling techniques

● Inspect all orders for quality and accuracy prior to delivery

● Deliver arrangements to customers in a timely and professional manner

● Communicate any issues or concerns with the design team

● Coordinate with warehouse and retail staff to ensure efficient delivery schedules

● Plan and follow efficient delivery routes

● Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance

● Provide friendly and courteous customer service

Requirements:

● Must be at least 21 years of age

● Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

● Ability to lift and carry 30 to 50 lbs

● Comfortable driving in all weather conditions

● Familiarity with the greater Dayton area preferred

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

●Excellent communication and customer service skills, patient, and team-oriented

Additional Details:

● Flexible scheduling required

● Delivery hours typically range from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday

● Increased delivery volume during peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day

As the Office Administrator for The Flowerman’s Bridal Team, you’ll be a welcoming and dependable presence in our office. You’ll support our team by managing bridal proposals, responding to customer inquiries, updating schedules, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be one of the first voices our brides hear—so a kind, helpful, and positive attitude is a must! Key Responsibilities:(including, but not limited to)

• Warmly answer phone calls and emails from couples and their families

• Update client proposals and send revised invoices with accuracy and care

• Manage and communicate the weekly DIY class schedule with our team and customers

• Coordinate the monthly consultation calendar for the bridal team

• Support and occasionally coach during Thursday/Friday DIY floral classes

• Gently follow up with couples who have pending details or bookings

• Help keep our office space tidy, cheerful, and running smoothly

• Assist customers with payments and scheduling for DIY classes

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or associate's degree

• A friendly, helpful nature and a strong passion for customer service

• Confidence using Gmail, Google Calendar, and other online tools (Curate, Square, Acuity)

• Great problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A love for organization and helping others succeed

• Some flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of our couples and events
